    Firstly, we would like to confirm whether your device is a USG 100 and not a USG Flex 100. If this is correct, please note that the Zyxel USG 100 is an End-of-Life (EOL) product, with support having ended on June 30, 2018.

    Regarding the problem you are encountering, could you please try the following steps:

    1. Reboot the device — This often resolves temporary system module failures.
    2. Check firmware version — What is the current firmware version of your USG 100? If it is not running Firmware_3.30(AQQ.7)C0, please update it to this version. I will provide the firmware to you via PM.

    If the issue persists, we strongly recommend considering an upgrade to a newer security device, such as USG Flex 100H/USG Flex 100.

    Hello,

    Firewall is a usg flex 100 i try to update software with firmware 540ABUH0C0.bin. I use ftp method, but when i reboot i always have the alert windows with the message

    Error Message: Not connected to ZySH Daemon
