DX3301-T0 firmware upgrade error - V5.50(ABVY.3.8)b5_U0

Hello,

Router: Zyxel DX3301-T0

Current firmware: 5.50(ABVY.3.8)b5_U0

New firmware: 5.50(ABVY.6.2)C0

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on above router but it's giving me the error below?

Is it currently on custom ISP firmware (b5_U0)? If so, what are the next steps in upgrading to the latest 6.2 version?

it seems to be customized fw where you are at now. check ISP on swaping the fw back to the fw you are going to upgrade.
