Zyxel RGS200-12P factory reset via serial

I have a Zyxel RGS200-12HP switch that I would like to factory reset. Unfortunately, I do not have any login password, so I can only access the device through the serial console.

Could you please provide the official procedure for:

1. Reflashing or reinstalling the firmware via serial console (e.g., XMODEM, TFTP, or other supported methods).
2. Performing a full factory reset if no Web GUI or SSH access is possible.
3. Confirming which firmware file types are supported for recovery on this model (e.g., .bin, .rom).

Any step-by-step instructions or documentation links would be very helpful.

Please check if your console cable matches and if the baud rate is correct.

I have same issue. I forgot my login credentials. Also I cannot access via console. After booting, it ont let me enter in console. I think due to some security problems but how to reset it.
