Why are the site-to-site VPN traffic statistics different in Nebula and on-premise firewall GUI ?

Question :
Why are the site-to-site VPN traffic statistics different in Nebula and on-premise firewall GUI ? For instance, the Nebula firewall establishes a Non-Nebula VPN connection with the peer on-premise firewall (USG Flex 50), and the customer noticed that the inbound and outbound VPN traffic statistics are different. Why is the value on Nebula smaller, while it is larger on the on-premise firewall?

Answer:
The VPN traffic counts on the NCC and the device will not be the same because the NCC retrieves data periodically every three minutes, whereas the device records it in real time as a cumulative value.
