To better understand the situation and provide accurate suggestions, could you please share more details with us? For example,
- What exactly do you see on Nebula when you mentioned “It now showing a IP address and no firmware in Nebula ”? (a screenshot is welcome)
- What is the LED status of the device after the reset attempt?
- If possible, a short video recording of the behavior would also be very helpful.
