If your Access Point is not turning on and going online, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Restart: Restart both your Access Point and your router. Unplug their power cables for approximately 10 seconds and then plug them back in. This can often resolve minor connectivity issues.
- Check the physical connection: Ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your Access Point to your router is securely plugged in at both ends. Try using other ports with the AP as well.
- Check the LED indicators: The LED lights on your Access Point can provide insights into its status. Refer to the user manual for specific LED indicators and their meanings. This could point to a power or connection issue.
