Unable to create a mesh router with the Zyxel EX3501-T0 router

I'm trying to connect the Cudy WR3000 router via mesh with the Zyxel EX3501-T0 router from the internet company digimobil.es (Spain). Both routers are compatible with EasyMesh.

I've configured the Cudy router as the primary router. I've reset the Zyxel router. I've tried creating the mesh by pressing the WPS button on both routers.

The mesh isn't created.I've called digimovil.es, and they tell me they can't provide support with the mesh.

Could it be that the Zyxel EX3501-T0 router isn't compatible with EasyMesh?

Does the Zyxel EX3501-T0 router need a firmware update?

Do you know what the problem could be?
