Got this router used at a sale but it doesn't seem to work. It turns on and I reset it using the hardware switch on the back but it is now not working. The light blinks yellow and green. WiFi shows Zyxel 01f1 but any attempt toget to the admin page doesn't work. Also doesn't work via network cable in either port.

    Hi @needhelp

First, this is an access point, not a WiFi router. You still need a router/firewall to act as DHCP server.

Since it is an used device, please press the reset button for ten seconds to factory default it. And reference this quick start guide to access it.

I don't really know what that means that "its an access point". I did eventually get this configured using a LAN cable. My issue was I couldn't even access the unit, however, once I gained access to the unit via the LAN cable plugged directly into my laptop, I got it reset, configured, and working. Now it is plugged in to my switch so I guess it is using my other WIFI router for DHCP. Thanks for sharing the manual, I will take a look at it. What kind of security options are there for the access point?

    Hi @needhelp

Because some of user think the AP is just like the wifi router that you can get IP address when you connect to its WiFi. I was just want to clarify the difference, and its happy to see you can access to it.

About the security options, I assume you are asking for the wireless security options. It supports "WEP/WPA/WPA2/WPA3"
