Update:
This issue has been addressed and will be inmproved in the future firmware release.
If any user encounters a similar issue, you may temporarily change the syslog setting and revert it. This will restart the syslog service.

Hello @Zyxel_Melen I'm back again because our log issue has come up again!
…Even if you have published newer firmware versions since your last post on october 29, this issue does not seem to have been resolved..…
And I can't restart the syslog service as you mentioned because I can't access in the syslog settings: the page rjust keeps loading
The only way to recover the syslog is rebooting the device

Thanks for update.
Please allow me to update that the improvement is not included in firmware V1.36, but will be in V1.37 (Jan. 2026), since the firmware was already released after we addressed this issue. I will check with our team why the work does not work.

We have confirmed that this is another syslog-related issue. The fix will be included in the next firmware release (V1.37).
