Flex 200H IPSec Remote Access VPN

Hi

I need help to set up Flex 200H IPSec Remote Access VPN.

I have tried activating IPSec Remote Access VPN, and on the client chosen Get from server. But it won't finish seting up. Error: server not found.
Manual setup won't work either.

What can I have missed?

Hi @Djupedal

To get the VPN configuration from the firewall, you need to:

1. Ensure the firewall WAN has public IP. If it is private IP, you need to set NAT on the uplink router for HTTPS (443).
2. Ensure WAN to Device/ZyWall allows HTTPS.
3. Enter the firewall's WAN IP (or the public IP).
