USG Flex 700H PPPoE not working
Freshman Member
Hello,
I’m in the process of replacing the USG Flex 700 with a USG Flex 700H.
However, I can’t get the PPPoE interface to come online.
I’m 100% sure that the ISP credentials are correct.
The USG Flex 700H is running the latest firmware.
When I try to connect manually, I get the message shown below.
I don’t see any further errors in the log.
When I plug the cable into the old USG Flex 700, the connection comes online immediately.
What could be causing this? Am I making a mistake, or could there be a bug in the firmware?
thanks.

Hi @lvdk
I noticed you have two WAN connection. Is this firewall online on Nebula? If yes, please help to enable Zyxel support access. We will access and check this issue via remote configurator.

Hello,
The USG is running in standalone mode and is not connected to Nebula.
Since I couldn’t get the PPPoE connection online, everything is now running again on the old USG FLEX 700, as our company needs to continue operating. Therefore, I’ll need to schedule maintenance or testing times.
Can I send you the configuration?

Update:
The issue is because the issue of the configuration converter. If anyone having muliple pppoe configuration, please remove the pppoe interface after applying the converted configuration to avoid pppoe interface can't connect.
