Trouble with EMG6726-B10A router

I'm trying to log into my EMG6726-B10A router. the default password listed on the back of the router has not been working, even after a full factory reset, including leaving it off for fifteen minutes, and resetting it without connecting it to the broader internet. i've entered the password and double checked it several times, cleared my browser cache, and everything. wondering if anyone has had similar troubles, or ideas towards a solution
