EX3301-T0 no Ring tone on VOIP calls sometimes

Quite often when I make a call using VOIP (using a normal 'phone plugged into the router's phone port) I don't hear any form of ring-tone. I initially thought this meant the call had failed, but then a friend I was calling picked up the call after ten seconds or so of silence and asked if I had tried earlier (I had hung up when I didn't hear a ring-tone).
I suspect the ring-tone is generated by the router? Is that correct? If so I would seem there's some form of bug here.
Firmware level is V5.50(ABVY.6.2)C0

Look if you choiced the correct country/region in VoiP configuration .
Then you should activate the logging for Voice events in maintainance to see if the call reached you .
Check if the VoiP configuration is ok , but this is not easy to configure .
With my ISP i had to enter 2 IP adresses instead of the server URL of the sip server because 50% calls did not reached me …
When you cannot configure this because of restricted ISP firmware you can contact your ISP …
