Normal Temperatures for XS1930-10

Thanks for the tech support file. I checked with our team and we think the fan of this XS1930-10 has some issue, the fan speed is lower than what it should be when device's temperature reaches 6X degree C. We suggest submitting an RMA request. Here is the link:

P.S. My lab XS1930-10 with over 6000 rpm is because it is a test device. I take another XS1930-10 and its fan speed is around 38XX rpm and the temperature is about 50 degree C in room temperature 24 degree C.

P.S.2. The device's temperate and fan speed might be different between different environment.

Thank you for your response! I think you might be correct on the fan because it also makes a buzzing noise/vibration.

I didn't have a lot of confidence this was going to be easily fixed so yesterday I ordered a 1930-12 which will be here today. I am still within my 30 day window on the -10 so I will replace it with the -12 and return it.
