EX7710-B0 Reset Password and 10Gbps firmware

Hi,
I have an EX7710-B0 that I got used from ebay running:
Firmware Version : V5.18(ACID.0)b8
Bootbase Version : V2.0 | 02/10/2023 12:16:14

I am searching for the latest firwmware update for it (if this version doesn't do 10gbps)

also a way to reset the password for it, because the person who sold it to me doesn't have the wifi or other passwords for it.

Holding the reset button for 5 (or even 80) seconds only causes it to reboot.
the console also doesn't respond to ATKZ -b

it also stops responding to the uart console after "Starting kernel…"
