Is there a way to circumvent "Tobi", when creating a support ticket?

I just tried to create a "classical ticket", but the support bot "Tobi" tries to keep me in a loop, which is nothing, but time consuming.

    If you encounter similar issues in the future, here are some alternatives:

    • Nebula-related issues: You can create a ticket directly through NCC (organization requires Professional Pack type)
    • Non-Nebula issues: Feel free to post your question in the appropriate Community forum section
