We have some experiences that the ISP cellular running in power-saving mode at night. You can set schedule reboot to allows the mobile router to connect the ISP cellular easier.
Set on Nebula (Recommended):
Set on device's GUI:
Path is Maintenance > Reboot > Schedule Reboot.
