If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
(1) Delete the existing VPN profile from the StrongSwan app on your device.
(2) Access the Nebula server and download the VPN profile again.
(3) Re-import the newly downloaded VPN profile into the StrongSwan app.
(4) If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the StrongSwan app on your device.
(5) Reboot your phone after reinstalling the app and re-import the VPN profile.
If the problem still persists, make sure the VPN certificate is correctly configured and valid. Contact your system administrator to verify the certificate details.
