Answer:
When a USG FLEX H series firewall is transferred to a new organization or site in Nebula, its configuration does not automatically transfer and will be reset to default upon removal from its original organization/site.
To ensure configuration retention during a transfer, you must follow these steps:
Before removing the firewall: Save its current configuration from the device's local web GUI.
After transferring: Apply the saved configuration to the firewall via its local web GUI in the new organization or site.
