USG40 Client ZyWALL SecuExtender connects and immediately disconnects for one remote client

I have had success connecting my VPN through the USG40 via SecuExtender. However, my teammate has trouble. The login dialog appears, user credentials are entered, the windows tray dialog appears and says "Connection * Disconnected" (* = forgot this word(s))

    Can you attach device USG and SecuExtener client log after connection fail?


    Device log at “Monitor > Log”

      Windows SecuExtender client log “SecuExtenderHelper.log” is located at C:/

    There seemed to be an IP conflict and your colleague Rahpael solved it by changing IP addresses. I'm sorry I don't know which object. Problem solved.
