If your device is not registered to Nebula:

Username: admin

Password guidelines:

  • Initial password: Refer to the label on your device. This is the factory-set password when you first use your device.
  • Password after device reset: Refer to the label on your device. This is the default password restored upon resetting the device.
  • Password in standalone mode: Use the password you established during the initial setup or after a reset. This is a user-defined password, customized for your security needs.

If your device is registered to Nebula:

  • Password in Nebula cloud mode: Same to the Nebula site password. Navigate to Configuration > Site Settings > Device Configuration to find your specific password.

Remember: For enhanced security, it is recommended to change your password periodically.
