Possible Causes:

• The FWA710's signal strength may be weaker. Typical LTE parameters indicating a good connection are:
  • RSSI: Better than -75 dBm
  • RSRP: Better than -90 dBm
  • RSRQ: Between -3 dB to -10 dB
  • SINR: Higher than 20 dB

Suggested Steps to Improve Connectivity:

1. Change the Access Technology Option on the FWA710:
   • Navigate to the settings page of your device.
   • Switch from 'NR5G-SA/NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch)' to 'NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch)'.
2. Relocate the device to enhance signal strength:
   • Position the device higher, preferably near a window to reduce signal interference.
   • Avoid placing the device near large metal objects or in areas with electromagnetic interference.
3. Confirm with your ISP if 5G coverage is available in your area.
