Why my access point show “Limited” status on the AP controller?

If the WAX650S access points appear as “limited” when managed by a AP controller, the issue is typically caused by a configuration mismatch.
Possible reason
A radio country code mismatch was configured between the two radios, ex: Radio1 profile use for 2.4Ghz band, Radio2 profile use for 5Ghz band.
- Radio1 set to Thailand
- Radio2 set to Switzerland
AP requires both radios to use the same country code.
When they differ, the system reports a limited status.
Solution
- Set Radio1 and Radio2 profile country code configuration to the same country code.
- Save the configuration. After correcting the mismatch, the AP status will change to normal status.
