If you are unable to assign a Connect & Protect (CNP) license to a specific access point, it is likely due to license compatibility. Not all AP models support the standard CNP license.
Some models require the enhanced Connect & Protect Plus (CNP+) license instead.
When a device does not support the CNP license type, Nebula will not allow the assignment, even if the license is active in your organization.
To ensure the correct license is applied, please refer to the
Connect and Protect | AP Security Service | Zyxel Networks, which outlines which AP models support CNP and which require CNP+.
