How can I restrict a DPPSK account to a single device on Nebula

As of 2025, Dec, Dynamic Personal Pre-Shared Key (DPPSK) on Nebula cannot be strictly limited to a single device based on its MAC address. One DPPSK can still be used on multiple devices, as Nebula currently does not yet support device-level binding.
