Nebula-managed APs automatically synchronize their system time using NTP (Network Time Protocol).
To ensure correct time synchronization, please make sure that UDP port 123 is allowed for the following NTP domains:

  • *.pool.ntp.org
  • time.google.com

If these domains or the port ae blocked by a firewall or security policy, the AP may offline, information display unexpectedly and experience time-related service issues.
