If the administrator does not receive the cloud-authentication self-registration notification email, please ask them to verify whether the message sent from info@nebula.zyxel.com was filtered into their spam/junk folder.
Some email providers may automatically classify system-generated messages as promotional or suspicious content.

If the email is not found in spam, the user should also ensure that their mail server or security policy is not blocking messages from info@nebula.zyxel.com.
