To enable or disable FTP access for a Nebula-managed AP, please configure the setting through the Nebula Control Center (NCC).
Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Nebula Control Center.
  2. Navigate to Site-wide → Configure → Site settings.
  3. Under the Device configuration section, locate Administrative access.
  4. Check or uncheck the FTP option to enable or disable FTP access for Nebula devices.

When FTP access is disabled, the AP will no longer accept FTP connections for file transfer.
