The "Change organization" feature in Zyxel Nebula allows for the seamless transfer of a device from one Nebula organization to another. This is particularly useful when a user account owns multiple organizations and needs to relocate a device without issues, ensuring it is correctly assigned to the intended organization.

Scenario

A user needs to move a Zyxel Nebula Access Point (AP) from its current organization to a different target organization. The user's account is the owner of both organizations.

Configuration

1. Verify Ownership: Ensure that your user account is registered as the owner for both the source organization (from which the device is being moved) and the target organization (to which the device will be moved).
2. Utilize "Change organization": Within the Nebula Control Center (NCC), use the dedicated "Change organization" function to initiate the device transfer.

Apply for each AP.
