What license is required for the Access Points to come back online?

Even if the licenses for your Access Points have expired, the devices will remain online and continue to operate.
Basic cloud-based management in Nebula — including device onboarding, monitoring, and basic configuration — is free and does not require any license.

Licenses are only needed for advanced features. Available license options include:

• Nebula Pro Pack
• Connect & Protect (CNP)
• Connect & Protect Plus (CNP+)

When a license expires, the device will only lose access to the advanced features associated with that license — it will not go offline.

Expired licenses cannot be renewed directly; instead, a new license must be purchased.
You can purchase licenses through the Zyxel Marketplace, within NCC, or via local resellers or distributors.
