The access point is not appearing in the list. What should I do?

If your access point does not show up in the Nebula Control Center (NCC), try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check that the AP is added to the correct site
Ensure the device has been added under Site-wide > License & Inventory and assigned to the correct Site.
Devices listed only in Inventory without being added to a site will not appear under Access points.
