Why can’t I register my Zyxel NR5101 to Nebula?

If you're unable to register your Zyxel NR5101 to the Nebula Control Center (NCC), the most common reason is that the device is a non-Nebula version, which does not support cloud management.

Nebula Compatibility Overview
Not all NR5101 units include Nebula functionality. Only models specifically designed as Nebula-supported versions can be added to NCC. Non-Nebula versions cannot be registered, even if you manually enter the MAC address and serial number.

How to Check Whether Your NR5101 Supports Nebula
Look for the following indicators on your device or packaging:

• A Nebula logo printed on the product box
• A Nebula QR code on the device label (typically on the underside)

If these indicators are missing, the device is a non-Nebula version and cannot connect to NCC.
