The "SSID by usage" widget in Nebula Control Center (NCC) might display duplicate SSIDs, particularly when WPA3 Transition Mode is configured. This occurs because the widget differentiates SSID usage based on the actual security mode used by connected clients.
- Why duplicate SSIDs appear: When an SSID is configured in WPA3 Transition Mode, the system separates traffic from the same SSID into two distinct entries, one for each security mode (e.g., WPA2 and WPA3), to accurately reflect the client's actual connection protocol.
- Finding more detailed usage information: For a more comprehensive breakdown of SSID usage, you can navigate to Site-wide > Monitor > Access points > Summary report > Top SSIDs by usage.
