Question:
After intentionally misconfiguring the uplink port of the Zyxel Nebula switch to disconnect it from the NCC in order to test the auto-recovery function, the switch did not recover as expected.
Answer:
- Please ensure the switch has a stable connection to the NCC for at least 5 minutes so that the automatic recovery mechanism can determine that the switch is currently in a stable state.
- Ensure that the NCC's ACR function is enabled.
