Is there an option to receive notifications at specified email addresses before pro licenses expire?

Question
We have a few org's which have pro pack licenses. Is there an option to get notified on set email-addresses where they are about to expire?
Answer:
- NCC sends an email notification to the owner account when any counting license expires before 15 days
- MZC sends an email notification to the owner account when any counting license expires in 90/60/30/14/7 days
