How to upgrade Nebula org from plus to Pro

A:

To upgrade org from a Plus to a Pro follow these steps:

  1. Please confirm that all your devices currently have a professional license.
  2. Go to Help in the top right corner > scroll down to Support request to Open a support ticket to request a Pro license upgrade.
  3. Wait for the Zyxel team to process the request. As mentioned in the conversation above, they will perform the upgrade and notify you once it is completed.
  4. After the upgrade is confirmed, check on your side if the devices and organization are functioning as expected under the Pro license.

Note: Previously purchased and activated Plus Licenses will be deferred.
