Why Is My Nebula Pro Trial License Not Activating on Organization?

A:

The Nebula Pro Trial License is designed to provide a convenient way to try all Nebula Pro features at the organization level.

When the Nebula Pro Trial License is activated:

  • You do not need to assign the trial license to individual devices.
  • You do not need to manually upgrade the organization to Pro under
    Organization-wide > License & Inventory > Overview.
  • Simply verify that Nebula Pro Pack Trial shows “In progress” under
    Organization-wide > License & Inventory > Trial.

Once the trial status is In progress, all Nebula Pro features are automatically available for the organization during the trial period.
