AX1800 router ACL rules not working (print-screens)

Hello, I have an AX1800 router form my ISP and I have been previously successful at using ACL rules to make my services available through IPV6 from outside the LAN. However, after double-checking multiple times I cant figure out the issue now. There are a few screenshots below. If instead of using protocols I add protocols manually to acl it still doesnt work. If I disable IPV6 firewall it works and the machine is accessible from outside.
