HI, I have just purchased three of these switches. However I CANNOT get them to register in the NCC. They are OFFLINE. They did not update or will not update the firmware. Any suggetions…?

• Is the switch failing to register with NCC, or is it failing to come online?
• Does the switch have an IP address assigned?
• What is your network topology like? How are the three switches connected?
