Why I cannot add my device to Nebula?

If you encounter an error when trying to add a device to Nebula, here are the common messages you might see and how to resolve them:
- "Cannot find device"
Please confirm whether your device is supported for registration on Nebula Control Center (NCC).
For details, refer to:
- "Device has already been registered."
This means the device is already registered under your account.
For guidance, refer to:
- "Device is already registered to this account." (when using the Nebula App to scan the QR code)
This indicates the device is already associated with your account.
For more information, refer to:
- "Device is already registered by another user."
Please use the Nebula App to scan the QR code on the Zyxel device to register.
