When adding a device, it shows that "Device has already been registered."

When registering a device to Nebula, if you encounter the following error message:

"Device has already been registered."

This message indicates that the device has already been registered under your

Zyxel account.

If you do not see the device under the specific site you're working on, it’s likely that the device was registered under one of your organizations (orgs) but has not yet been added to a site.

To locate where the device is currently assigned, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the Nebula Control Center (NCC).
  2. Click on More > My Devices & Services > Devices.
  3. Use the MAC address or Serial Number (S/N) of the device to search.
  4. The result will show the organization where the device is currently located.

From here, you can click on the organization name to navigate to it, and proceed to assign the device to the appropriate site.
