If you have encountered a situation where NCC shows "Cannot find device" when registering Nebula device to your organization, please follow the guidance below for troubleshooting:

  1. Check if your device supports Nebula Cloud mode.

  2. If you are adding a mobile router to your Nebula mode, verify if your mobile router version supports Nebula Cloud mode.

  3. Ensure there are no typing errors in the MAC address and Serial number
