If you have encountered a situation where NCC shows "Cannot find device" when registering Nebula device to your organization, please follow the guidance below for troubleshooting:
- Check if your device supports Nebula Cloud mode.
[NEBULA] What model supports Nebula CC currently? - If you are adding a mobile router to your Nebula mode, verify if your mobile router version supports Nebula Cloud mode.
How to determine if your Mobile Router is Nebula-compatible or not? - Ensure there are no typing errors in the MAC address and Serial number
