I have a EX5601-T0 and mesh will not enable.

So in the wireless settings MPro Mesh cannot be enabled. I have tried changing security settings and turning WPS on and off but its still the same. My firmware version is

V5.70(ACDZ.5)C0

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
