At times, you may be asked to provide the configuration file for further troubleshooting. This article will guide you through the process:

  1. Access the local Web GUI.
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Firmware/File Manager > Configuration File.
  3. Select startup-config.conf and then click the Download button.
