Escalation request: Undelivered APs from partner

I purchased 100 Zyxel NWA130BE APs from your partner Virtual Technology SXM (Samuel Dorisme); after nearly a year and multiple tickets with Tech Support, I’ve only received 24 units (76 outstanding) with no resolution.

Please direct me to the right escalation contact/manager who can take ownership of this case and provide a clear path to resolution (shipment of remaining units or refund). If helpful, I can forward invoices, proof of payment, and prior correspondence.

    • Your contact details and order numbers
    • Proof of purchase (invoices/receipts)
    • Seller contact info
    • Relevant support ticket numbers
