H series Support in Site Backup & Restore 

Nebula 19.30 introduces two major enhancements to the Backup and Restore feature. First, the H Series now officially supports site backup and site restore in both Org-wide and MSP-wide levels. Previously, H Series settings were excluded from site backup files.

Firewall Restoration Behavior Change

Second, there is a critical change in how firewalls handle restoration. In version 19.30, if a new firewall (e.g., an ATP 100) is added to a site after a backup was created, NCC will not override its settings during a restore. The newly added firewall will preserve its current settings rather than reverting to defaults.

License Requirements

While Org-wide backup requires a Pro Pack license and MSP-wide requires an MSP license, there is a special exception: if an organization is bound to an MSP company with a valid MSP license, the MSP can perform backup and restore actions even if the managed organization is in Base status.
