Overview: Aggregated Management

The MSP-wide Configuration Template is a new feature on the MSP menu tree that provides an aggregated view to monitor and manage all template sites across managed organizations. MSP administrators can create, delete, bind, or unbind template sites directly from this portal.

License and Privilege Logic

• MSP License Advantage: As long as the MSP company has a valid license, they can access and manage configuration templates even for organizations that have downgraded to Base status.

• Role Restrictions: MSP Masters and Backups have full write privileges. Sub-admins with read-only privileges can view the template list but cannot use action buttons like "Create" or "Delete".

• Expiration Behavior: If a Pro Pack expires and no MSP license is present, sites are automatically unbound from templates. If an MSP license is active, the binding remains, but modification rights transfer exclusively to the MSP.
