Enhanced Security for Guest Access

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now supported for Captive Portals, specifically when using Nebula Cloud Authentication.

Implementation Details

  • Setup: 2FA is enabled under Advanced SSID settings.
  • User Experience: If a user has not yet bound 2FA, they will be prompted to scan a QR code using an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) during their first login.

  • Device Ideal: While it works on smartphones, it is ideally designed for users connecting via laptops or computers.
