Diagnostic Visibility

The Neighbor Scan is a live tool that lists devices broadcasting beacon frames or probe responses nearby. It scans all radio bands and channels supported by the hardware, though it is dependent on the specific AP model (e.g., a Wi-Fi 6 AP cannot scan 6GHz).

Key Features

  • Retention: Scanned entries are preserved for 90 minutes even if the user leaves the page.

  • Capacity: Each radio supports a maximum of 256 entries (up to 768 for tri-radio models).
  • Sorting: By default, the list is sorted by the "Last Seen" column, which updates whenever a device is re-discovered in a subsequent scan.

Rebranding Note: This tool replaces "Rogue AP Detection" to clarify that it is a visibility tool for nearby Wi-Fi information and does not include active prevention measures.
