EX5510-B0 – Web UI stuck on WAN Service page, cannot access LAN/AP configuration
Freshman Member
I have a Zyxel EX5510-B0 that has been factory reset multiple times (hardware reset).
When logging into the web interface, I am only presented with the WAN Service (PPPoE / Static IPv4) configuration page. There are no other menus available (LAN, DHCP, Wireless, Operating Mode, or Bridge/AP options).
The device is reachable by ICMP (ping), and the web UI login works, but the interface does not allow access to any LAN or wireless configuration and does not broadcast Wi-Fi SSIDs.
I am attempting to configure the device for AP / bridge mode or at least access the LAN management settings, but the UI appears restricted to WAN provisioning only.
Questions:
- Is this behavior expected for certain EX5510-B0 firmware variants (ISP / carrier firmware)?
- Is there a supported method to access full configuration (LAN, wireless, AP/bridge mode) on this unit?
Please advise how to access the full setup interface or confirm whether this firmware is intentionally restricted.
